Clear up confusion re: GREEN vs. ORGANIC as in Organic Restaurant v. Green Restaurant
- one serves organic food with no comment about business practices (recycling, energy efficiency, etc.)
- the other focuses on sustainable practices (recyling, energy efficiency) with no comment about the source of the food being served
Touch on LOCAL agriculture -- not the same as organic. But local food could be raised without harmful chemicals, yet not receive official certification as Organic.
